The Company Story
The Burlap BEE Co. was established in 2020 as I always wanted to own a handmade shop after spending my corporate career in retail. I am able to utilize my creative talents with my retail experience to provide my customers with unique designs for their homes or for any occasion.
I strive to provide my customers with locally sourced items that are high quality, unique and customizable. I have learned a ton in my first couple years with some failures and some successes. This journey has helped me to continue to grow and re-evaluate my business. One thing in retail remains constant - listen to your customers and continue to evolve your product line.

The Customization process includes a Design and a Create phase.
Within each phase, we work together to align on the design, the texture, the colors, the size, and the artwork. Chalk paints are used for the base and the frame, then a stencil is created to hand paint the design.
